Quick start is the heart of the GlucoseZone methodology! Just enter your blood sugar and get a workout most appropriate for that number! The recommended workouts depend on your blood sugar at the time of exercise because different exercises effect blood sugar differently.
Once you enter a number, two workout options will be presented to you. For example, if your blood sugar is 200 mg/dl we might offer you level 1 or glucose lowering workouts that are meant to bring glucose out of the blood and into the cells, thus lowering your blood sugar. If you blood sugar is 100 mg/dl, there might be more strength training or higher level workouts to try!
