Quick start is the heart of the GlucoseZone methodology! Just enter your blood sugar and get a workout most appropriate for that number! The recommended workouts depend on your blood sugar at the time of exercise because different exercises effect blood sugar differently.
Once you enter a number, two workout options will be presented to you. For example, if your blood sugar is 200 we might offer you level 1 or glucose lowering workouts that are meant to bring glucose out of the blood and into the cells, thus lowering your blood sugar. If you blood sugar is 100, there might be more strength training or higher level workouts to try!
All options are aimed at bringing your numbers into a safe range of 100-250 and event closer to the GlucoseZone range of 100-154.
