Levels are assigned to each workout in GlucoseZone based on the movements being performed and the challenge and intensity of those movements. Level 1 workouts are light intensity designed for beginners, or people who are just getting started with physical activity. Level 2 workouts are medium intensity, and designed for intermediates, or people that are ready to progress from Level 1. Level 3 workouts are rigorous in intensity and designed for advanced challenges. Some programs in GlucoseZone have Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 workouts. Other are only Level 1, or only Level 3.
