Ideally, we would love to see people aiming to workout daily! With that said, we want it to be a lifestyle you feel comfortable with and not something that is forced! If you are currently working out 2-3 days a week, awesome work! Continue that and aim for one more day. Slowly try to engage with us each day if you can whether it's live, outdoors, or a pre-recorded video.
In the same token, if you currently do not work out, congratulations for taking the first step! We are here with you each step of the way and have created fun, interactive content to make exercising enjoyable. Start yourself slow and at your own pace, start to increase the number of days.
Some ideas to increase exercise during the day:
Take walks at work whether it's at lunchtime or for a break
Stand up every few hours and stretch or walk around the office
Give yourself 30 minutes in the morning to set your day right or after work to wind down a bit and take a walk or do some yoga/stretching
